fresh room clean room extra coffee handy fridge
The room felt very fresh and clean. Everything was well thought out. I appreciated extra tea, coffee, and milk just outside the room. The room had a fridge.

great location, simple comfort
convenient location off-street parking beach access town center
i found the location very convenient. it allowed easy access to both the beach and the town center. off-street parking was available (a definite plus). also, there was a large car park just opposite the hotel.
the bath towels were smaller than i expected. i also didn't see the hosts , a bit unusual.

The double room featured tea and coffee facilities. the space felt clean upon my arrival. the room also included basic toiletries. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep (i slept well for the duration of my stay).

The location worked well. the car park was right across the road. That was very convenient. the owners were cute and friendly. my dog seemed happy and relaxed .
i noticed the towels smelled a bit. someone else mentioned smelly towels a few years ago, so it seems to be an ongoing issue. the bunk beds made quite a bit of noise. i think they could use some tightening.

The room was clean. The location is great because there are many places to buy food within walking distance.
The towels were old and scratchy. The sink was small. I had difficulty filling the kettle without spilling water everywhere.

very good location AND super clean rooms
great location free parking comfortable bed clear instruction
the location were really good. it was easy reaching both the beach and the town itself. i also got free off street parking that was a bonus. the bed WAS VERY comfortable. the rooms were super clean and i got clear instructions regarding key entry.
the bathroom IS small. there was no place to dry towels. i ended up spreading them over the chair backs to dry them.

the cottage is located in a fantastic location. it is close to the main car park AND easy to reach the beach from here. the hotel is also within easy reach of the town.
